Cookies and tracking
The public website does not use analytics, advertising, profiling, or traffic-tracking cookies. We do not track visits or browsing behaviour. No consent banner is required for the public pages because no optional cookies are installed.
If you access Members Only, one strictly necessary encrypted session cookie is created solely to keep that area unlocked for up to eight hours. It is HTTP-only, is not used for tracking, and is immediately invalidated when you select “Lock area”.
Email communications
The contact and registration buttons open your email application. Messages are sent only when you choose to send them. We use the information you provide to answer your request or manage participation in a dinner, under pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in responding.
Retention and sharing
Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to manage the request and related organisational needs. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the email and hosting providers needed to operate the service, subject to their contractual safeguards.
The venue section embeds Google Maps. Loading that map sends technical information, such as your IP address, to Google under Google’s own privacy terms. We do not use that information and do not receive traffic reports from Google.
Your GDPR rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
